Play On Wheels has a $10 million public liability insurance policy. Unless agreed to prior to booking, the Play On Wheels staff will not be responsible for the supervision of any child that uses the equipment. Supervision of children remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian or carer, regardless of presence of a Play On Wheels staff member.
A Waiver of Liability is to be signed by parent/ guardian/carer/event coordinator in the absence of a Play On Wheels staff member. Play On Wheels will drop off and pick up the funhouse on all occasions. The space needed to accommodate the funhouse is as follows:
- • 7.5m length
- • 2.3m width
- • 3.5m height
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking your party or event.
The full payment is required on the day of the party/event in spite of any unpredictable event that may occur, unless cancelled prior to the event.
